Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Anchor Point HomeKeeper products are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Personalized HomeKeeper orders are generally completed within 2 business days after all required information has been received.

Delivery is made electronically using the email address or delivery method associated with the order.

Customers and Realtors are responsible for providing accurate contact information and any information required to complete the HomeKeeper.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect information may extend the fulfillment time.

If you do not receive your completed HomeKeeper after the expected fulfillment period, contact Anchor Point Home Inspections LLC so we can verify the delivery information and resend the file if necessary.

Because all products are digital, no shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated.
