Using Your Credits
One HomeKeeper credit = one personalized HomeKeeper for one client/property.
Credits do not expire and remain available until used.
Submit a Client
After purchasing HomeKeeper credits, use your Realtor account to submit the client and property information needed for fulfillment.
Standard fulfillment is generally completed within 2 business days after all required information has been received.
Need More Credits?
Additional Single HomeKeeper purchases and Realtor credit packages are available through the HomeKeeper store.
Account Access
Realtor account access is required to view account-specific information such as credit balances, client submissions, and order history.
